The seminar is divided into two 3-hour segments. (Typically from 9 AM to 4 PM 
with a one hour lunch break) The seminar is conducted by Robert Sherwood.
The first segment is focused on identifying personality characteristics and how leaders can use these personality characteristics to select specific team members for different project objectives.
The second segment is focused on identifying the strengths and weaknesses of each attendee and how to use each attendee’s unique combination of personality characteristics for success in specific leadership situations.
Each participant receives a series of workbook templates that are completed during the seminar and can be used by the participant as a practical daily handbook of leadership principles.
The seminar is designed for 20 participants. The seminar fee is $500 for each participant.
