The Leadership seminar is for division managers and middle management executives. It is expected that the attendees are currently in, or about to be promoted to a leadership role and responsible for both financial and human resources for their firm. The presentation is suited for an extended lunch meeting or an event in a larger program.
The seminar engages the participants in practical leadership situations, explains key leadership attributes and how to recognize and develop company leaders.
Mr. Sherwood discusses his experience with observing leaders from around the world in different types of businesses and explains his Grand Unifying Theory of Leadership – the GUT attribute that every leader must master to succeed.
